Thank you so much for purchasing my products!

YOU MAY:
- use the graphics, including free samples, for *personal use* in your own scrapbooking projects and other non-commercial printable-digital items
- submit layouts you made with these graphics to online galleries or magazines for publication as long as proper credit is given
- alter the graphics in terms of size, color, etc. and use them in your personal scrapbook pages. If you do this you must still give proper credit.

YOU MAY NOT:
- claim any of the graphics as your own
- alter the graphics and then sell them or call them your own
- make the graphics into brushes or quickpages and then redistribute them
- offer the graphics for download, send them through a list such as a news or Yahoo group
- share or redistribute the graphics whether they may be free or purchased

• When you post a design I'd love to see your work and leave a comment.

• If you use any of this kit and get published I'll want to make sure I get a copy of the publication.

LIMITED PROFESSIONAL USE/SCRAP FOR HIRE SPECIFIC TERMS:
You may use my designs in your home-based Scrap For Hire work so long as it adhere's to the following conditions:

--YOU MAY create layouts/craft items for individual clients without asking permission or purchasing
an additional license. The finished product must be given to a client ONLY in a .jpg (flattened) or
printed version. Quickpage and/or layered .psd products are not allowed.

--You MAY NOT use my designs as part of freebies.

--You MAY NOT use my designs to make mass produced/bulk items.

--You MAY NOT use my designs for the purpose of professional web design, blog design
or any other online design-for-hire use (such as Ebay pages) without permission. If you are

Crediting the Designer:

Please be sure to credit Krakatuka Design, kit name and webstore.

Commercial use TOU

YOU MAY:
1. You may use my CU products by incorporating them in a digital kit (packaged along with other elements) keeping in mind that my elements should not be the primary designs (not more than 30% of your designs must be my commercial use items.)
2. You may alter these elements (recolor, add pattern, etc) but you cannot claim the original form or the altered form as your own.
3. You may create S4H and/or S4O kits with my commercial use products.

YOU MAY NOT:
1. YOU MAY NOT resell or redistribute these graphics in any way.
2. YOU MAY NOT offer them in any other graphics collection, on a other website without links on original image and author.
3. YOU MAY NOT offer any of my graphics images on any webpage for download.
4. YOU MAY NOT use any of the graphics in the making of brushes, patterns, styles and redistribute them in any way.
5. YOU MAY NOT add these graphics to any CD for sale.
6. YOU MAY NOT claim as yours.
7. You are not allowed to create template and commercial products with these files.
8. NO FREEBIES ALLOWED WITH THESE ELEMENTS! But You can make quick pages of the kit you created using my CU products as long as my products are flattened and part of the design.
9. Not more than 30% of your designs must be my commercial use items.

Please give credit to the designer (Krakatuka Design) in your TOU and in your product description.
